- All ready to ship items are final and cannot be refunded. If there are any defects in the ready to ship item, we will exchange, replace, or issue a store credit upon return and inspection of the damage product.
- Preorder items can be refunded (minus any fees and charges) as along as the order has not yet been placed with the merchant.
- If the preorder has already been ordered, we will issue a store credit in the amount of the item & shipping.
- Ready to ship items will ship within 10-12 business days. Once scanned in and accepted by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. If you prefer a method of shipping other than USPS (UPS & FEDEX are available), you will owe any price difference to accommodate the switch.
- All preorders have a turnaround time of 7-9 weeks not including shipping delays that may occur due to COVID and any other unforeseen circumstances.
