Shipping

All in stock items, ready to ship items, will be shipped within 10-12 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday; not including holidays. All preorders and personalized merchandise will be based on our current turnaround time and is subject to change. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages. Once packages are scanned in by USPS, we have no control over the postal system. Aroma Clothing Boutique ships to the address provided at the time of checkout. 

Turn Around Time 

Our current turnaround time due to COVID is 10-12 weeks for PREORDERS and subject to change. We will inform you if our turnaround time has been extended for any reason. 

Return/Cancellation Policy 

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction! Due to our custom designed merchandise, we do not offer refunds unless there was an error on our behalf. If there is a defect or error on your order, please contact us right away. 

Please double check all spelling on personalized merchandise before checking out. All sale and custom orders are final and not exchangeable for any reason.

We understand life happens and there may be times when you need to cancel an order in queue. If we have not submitted our order, we will be able to cancel for a full refund, minus any fees associated with your payment method. If order has already been placed, we will offer a store credit. We do not receive fees, such as PayPal and Sezzle fees returned for canceled orders.
